Seriously Loaded is a family-owned food trailer built from a love of big, comforting food and bringing people together.

Behind the trailer is a single mum of two little boys, with more than 15 years of hospitality experience and a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. Every menu has been created with real industry experience, hard work and plenty of heart.

From festivals and markets to weddings and parties, our goal is simple: serve generous food people remember.

Seriously Loaded is more than a food trailer—it’s our family, and we believe good food should never go to waste.

When we have safe, suitable food left after service, we pack it into meals and share it with people experiencing homelessness in our local Moreton Bay community. As more people around us face difficult times, we do what we can, whenever we can, to offer a hearty meal made with care.
